    Great apartments. Great location on 14 near Dollar General and Kum & Go, with easy access to a dozen grocery stores. However, Spring Valley ownership changed five times in two years. Some on-site management was unkind and manipulative, and several managers were let go. Efforts to maintain and improve on properties have been minimal at best. Neighbors move in and out frequently and culture is not overly friendly.

If you drop by the office for help, you'll leave with a smile, as their smiles and polite attitudes seem to be contagious. William always returns calls and emails promptly to make doubly sure you are being taken care of, he is the kind of Insurance Agent Everyone needs!

  • Review of "Praise Time Preschool And Learning Center" at Nixa

    Without question you do not want to take your child to this daycare,my son's daycare closed in Springfield a few months ago.This daycare had availability so under the circumstances we decided to just enroll our son at PraiseTime.IT has been a disgusting experience to say the least.There seems to be no structure at all,they don't even have that many kids and they were understaffed the entire time my son was there.Teachers that were hired quit immediately, the environment affected my child the short time he was there,the kids were rowdy.The icing on this @%^&$# cake was we were being double charged 2 of the last 3 weeks he was there.I could go on and on but I normally don't do reviews like this but this place was such a bad experience I feel compelled to warn anybody looking for a daycare to NOT take your child here.I would have given a 0 star rating but it wouldn't let me.
