  Great apartments. Great location on 14 near Dollar General and Kum & Go, with easy access to a dozen grocery stores. However, Spring Valley ownership changed five times in two years. Some on-site management was unkind and manipulative, and several managers were let go. Efforts to maintain and improve on properties have been minimal at best. Neighbors move in and out frequently and culture is not overly friendly.

  My Family and I have lived here for the last 6 months. I have never had a issue with having things repaired. I report it to the office staff and within 24 hours it is repaired. The office staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are waste receptacles for the pet owners to deposit their dogs feces however that requires lazy pet owners to actually care enough about their neighbors and where we live to actually clean up in behind their animals. As far as the dumpsters being so far away, they aren't that far seriously only requires a little effort to drop your garbage off on your way out of the complex. The only issue I Have is morons who don't live in your particular building taking up the parking spaces designated for the tenants of that particular building, when those particular tenants have a garage and a driveway but use another buildings parking places it leaves that particular buildings tenants parking way up the hill in the middle of the night when they come home from work. It also leaves females having to walk alone in the dark to their home because of a jerk.
